2024 COMMENCEMENT

Any graduates who need special accommodations at the ceremony should contact the Office of Student Affairs at [email protected] by May 1. 

Commencement regalia (cap & gown or gown) will be available during the dates and times below at the College Bookstore.  You must have a College I.D. or a government-issued I.D. card to pick up your regalia.

Saturday, May 18: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Monday, May 20: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Tuesday, May 21: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Wednesday, May 22: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Thursday, May 23: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Tickets are required for all guests to attend the ceremony.  More information on tickets will be available in late April/early May.

Graduates should arrive at 4:30 p.m. and proceed directly to Memorial Hall for check-in and line up.  Guests should proceed to the Gymnasium with their tickets.

Parking will be available in the parking garage on Broadway (GPS 125 Broadway).

Backpacks, book bags, balloons, flower bouquets, strollers and car seats are not permitted on campus for the ceremony.  Security checks at all entrances will be engaged, and you are asked to cooperate fully upon arrival to campus.  The safety of PCCC’s graduates and their guests is our top priority.

Video cameras are prohibited in the Gymnasium during the ceremony.  A professional photographer will be in attendance, and each graduate will be photographed while receiving their diploma.  The photographer will contact graduates directly about purchasing these photos.
