Admissions

International students on an F-1 student visa cannot apply online for admissions to PCCC.

FALL SEMESTER – June 15

SPRING SEMESTER – October 15


INTERNATIONAL F-1 STUDENT PAYMENT POLICY

Students attending PCCC on an F-1 STUDENT VISA are responsible for payment IN FULL within 48 hours of registration- failure to do so will result in courses being deleted.

Failure to be registered as a full-time student (fall/spring) is a violation of Federal Regulation [8 CFR 214.2(f)(6)] pertaining to your F-1 status and will result in the termination of your I-20 and the notification of your non-enrollment to the Office of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR AN I-20

___ Admissions & I-20 application packet  


___ Updated financial information from cash & room/board sponsor(s)


___ Official High School Transcripts (translated into English and notarized in your country).


___World Education Service (WES) evaluation of out of country college/university transcripts.


___ Transfer Students – official transcripts and transfer release authorization form from previous college.


___ Pay $200 SEVIS Fee (if applicable). For information about this fee visit: http://www.fmjfee.com  


___ Immunization Requirement – There are immunizations required for all Full-Time NJ College Students.  To learn more about the requirements and complete the immunization form, click here. All questions, including those related to exemptions, can be directed to the Office of Student Affairs at immunizations@pccc.edu or 973-684-6309.


___ Schedule an appointment for a Placement Test thru the Admission Office. Transfer students may be exempt if an official transcript is received & evaluated.


___ Once admitted and tested, see the International Student Advisor to register for classes.


___ Copy of Passport & Visa
